The Hunting Trip

A scene from the Alaskan wilderness — hunters packing out through the autumn tundra, the mountains rising gold and rust behind them. This is a painting about the Alaska that most people never see: the early mornings, the hard miles, the quiet respect between hunter and land. Painted with the authenticity that only comes from growing up in a place and knowing it in your bones.
