Matanuska

The Matanuska Glacier stretches across the canvas in sweeping strokes of blue and white, capturing the raw power of one of Alaska's most iconic natural wonders. Painted with reference to on-site visits, this work captures the scale and silence of the ice — the way the ancient blue depths contrast against the silver sky. A celebration of Alaska's wild beauty and the humbling weight of geological time.
